Cheesy Anything Sauce
This was originally a mac-n-cheese recipe but I've used it just as much as a nacho and fondue dip. So now it's affectionately called cheesy anything sauce!
Pasta - Fondue - Nacho - Potatoes - Anything!
Quick to make and reheats well!
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups cheese (any flavor works or you can do a combination)
Melt the butter over medium heat in and add flour.
Stir until the mixture is foamy, about 1 minute.
Add the milk, cooking and stirring until the mixture thickens.
Add the salt, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce.
Stir well.
Add cheese and remove from heat.
Stir until cheese is all melted.
xo Summer
